Offer valid October 21, 2011 to November 30, 2011. A new customer is someone who has never attended or registered for a class at Mixin Mingle. A returning customer is someone who has previously attended or registered for at least one class at Mixin Mingle between May 5, 2011 and September 1, 2011. An existing customer is someone who has attended a class at Mixin Mingle since September 1, 2011 or someone who has a redeemed or unredeemed account credit at Mixin Mingle from a purchase made on a "Deal Site" (e.g., Living Social, Planit Northwest). A qualifying purchase is a full price purchase transaction made online, in person or over the phone using cash, check or credit card between the dates of 10/21/2011 and 11/30/2011. Account credits from purchases made on Deal Sites like Living Social or Planit Northwest are specifically excluded as qualifying purchases under this offer. Winners will be chosen at random after 11/30/2011 and will be notified via telephone and e-mail. Winners will be asked to choose the restaurant, spa or salon of their choice, and Mixin Mingle will purchase the gift certificates and will make arrangements for the winners to receive the certificates.
